Grilled Pineapple

I love to grill pineapple! The grill brings out so much flavor that it is hard to resist! I grill pineapple in slices or on skewers with chicken, shrimp or pork. This recipe is for sliced pineapple. Super easy and ultra delicious!

So, all you need to do is peel the pineapple and slice it. Core the slices and place them on the grill on medium heat. Flip the pineapple as soon as you have grill marks on one side.

Glaze the flipped side with some melted butter with brown sugar.

When the other side gets grill marks, flip it again and glaze that side. Let the pineapple brown for a couple of minutes. Flip again, brown for 2 more minutes and remove from grill.

If you have left over go ahead and chop the pineapple and use it in a salad, a quesadilla, a bagel with shredded mozzarella cheese and Canadian bacon or anything else you like pineapples in!
