Dry Rubs for Pork Ribs – Chili Powder BBQ Rub

3 tablespoons Chili powder
1/3 cup garlic salt
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cumin

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Use to marinade beef, pork or chicken. Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
