Rubs for Chicken – Paprika Barbecue Dry Rub

Dry rubs are a great way to enhance any grilled or baked food! Here’s a delicious and easy one that goes wonderfully on pork, beef and chicken. Simply rub it on the meat, let it marinate for a couple hours (or at least 30 minutes) and cook! Here is what you are going to need for this:

1/3 cup garlic salt
¼ cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons black pepper
¼ cup paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Use to marinade beef, pork or chicken. Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
