Spaghetti with Fresh Tomato & Basil

Want to cook something ultra fresh, super easy, tremendously delicious and amazingly affordable? Well, this just might be what you are looking for! The tomatoes in this pasta are prepared raw with fresh basil. The result is really, really good!

Here is what you need for this recipe:
12 oz. of warm cooked spaghetti
4 tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper

Mix the tomatoes, garlic and basil in a bowl. Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Add the spaghetti to your bowl and toss well. That’s it! Easy, huh? Serve it and enjoy!
