Spinach Salad Dressing

Oil and vinegar

I like my spinach salad to be sweet and tangy at the same time. This recipe has sugar, vinegar and lemon juice in it so it fits the bill perfectly.

This salad dressing is very versatile and it goes beautifully with all types of spinach salad. We actually have quite a few on this site. Some have fruit, some have bacon or hard boiled eggs. Whichever one you decide to make this is the dressing for you.

This spinach salad dressing is also very good on a spaghettini salad that we have here as well. This is a very tasty, quick and easy salad dressing.

This is what you are going to need for this perfect spinach salad dressing:

Makes about 2 cups of dressing

¾ cup oil
¾ cup white vinegar
½ cup sugar
1 lemon – juiced
Salt and pepper

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Keep in a closed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Shake before using.

Use this salad dressing on any kind of spinach salad.
