
Tapenade is a great substitute for butter or olive oil to eat with bread. Here’s a super easy recipe for you to enjoy or give out as a gift! Remember to keep it refrigerated! Here is what you need for this:
1 cup seeded Kalamata olives
2 garlic cloves, chopped
½ tablespoon red onion
1 tablespoon parsley
Olive oil
Check and make sure you have NO pits in your olives. Put all of the ingredients, except for the olive oil, in a food processor. Pulse and gradually add olive oil until you have a smooth consistency. You can make this chunkier if you would like. Spread on bread. Enjoy
