Pan Fried Sausages & Bread

Here’s a super easy recipe for pan fried sausages. All you need are 2 sausages per person and some crusty bread. What you will want to do is heat a large skillet with some olive oil and place the sausages in it without piling them up. Fry them until they are browned on all sides. Make sure to use tongs to flip them as you do not want to pierce holes in them if you use a fork. Once they are all cooked, place them on a plate lined with paper towel. Add the cut bread into the skillet and absorb the rendered fat. Serve the sausages with the bread and some salad. Delish!
