Asparagus goes very nicely with Parmesan cheese. Here is a very easy way to make it in a skillet.
Trim the asparagus, ridding it of any hard ends. Heat some olive oil in a large skillet and add the asparagus. Add about 1/8 cup water and cook, occasionally shaking the pan, until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add some Parmesan cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy! We ate these with lemon cilantro tilapia and roasted spicy sweet potatoes. Very nice!
