Shrimp scampi is one of my favorite ways to eat shrimp. It is loaded with flavor, due to the heaps of garlic and is really easy to make. What is more, it can be made relatively inexpensively because shrimp is often on sale. I buy frozen, peeled, deveined shrimp when it is on sale and keep it in the freezer to use when we are craving seafood. Enjoy!
