
Broccoli slaw is a great way to have the kids eat broccoli! It is very tasty and a great alternative to cabbage and carrots. Here’s what you need to do for this:
In a bowl mix together:
1 package pre-cut broccoli slaw
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 medium apple, seeded and cored, chopped
Cole slaw dressing or any dressing of your choice
Toss well and refrigerate, covered, for a minimum of 1 hour. Enjoy!
