This recipe is very easy and a great way to bake salmon. It only requires a few ingredients but the final result is flaky, perfectly cooked fish.

Dill and capers go beautifully with salmon. In this recipe we are going to place them on top of some lemon zest over the fish. When you are zesting lemon be careful not to zest the white parts below the peel as it will make your zest bitter. Make sure to zest your lemon before you squeeze it for the juice.

This recipe goes very nicely with baby potatoes and steamed veggies.
