Coconut Pudding
Here’s a nice recipe for coconut pudding. It is not health food but it is worth it as an occasional indulgence! You can also use this as coconut pie filling. Make sure you do not throw away the remaining egg whites. Use them for omelets or meringue! Very easy, different and exquisite! Enjoy!
