Lemon Recipes Dessert – Easy Lemon Mousse

This recipe is very, very easy to make. It requires only 3 ingredients and can be made in a snap. It is also loaded with flavor! Here is what you need to do for this:

1 ½ cups heavy cream
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
½ cup lemon juice

• Beat the cream until stiff.
• Add the condensed milk and the lemon juice.
• Beat until creamy and mousse-like consistency.
• Pour into individual ramekins.
• Cover with plastic wrap – directly onto the mousse – and refrigerate.
• Serve

  • Should this be sweetened tinned milk? That’s what I used but there’s no indication of what the chef used. If just plain tinned milk there is no sweetener against the lemon. Anyone know?
