Scrambling eggs is one of those easy things that can be hard! It is very easy to end up with dry, blah eggs. In a nutshell this is what you need to do:
Heat a skillet with some butter. Pour the eggs into the pan. Allow them to set a little and moving them form the center of the pan out. You want to move the runny, raw eggs away from the center so they cook. Please do not stand in front of the pan and stir your eggs ruthlessly! They will dry up. Work slowly, moving the cooked egg to the center and the runny egg to the edges. Once your eggs are cooked but moist, turn off the heat and serve. Enjoy!
