This Hawaiian pizza recipe is simple but delicious. It is made with Canadian bacon as opposed to ham and pienapple chunks.
I use my homemade pizza dough for this recipe. This dough takes all day to make but it freezes beautifully. You will get four thick pizza crusts or six thin ones out of it. It is a great weekend project which will render you pizza with fantastic bubbles. However, if you are not interested in making it you can definitely make this with store bought dough.

1 homemade or store bought pizza dough
1 cup homemade or store bought pizza sauce
1 cup diced canned pineapple
1 cup diced Canadian bacon
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place the pizza dough on a pizza pan. Add the sauce and spread evenly. Add the pineapple and the Canadian bacon. Cover with the cheese.
Place the pizza in the oven and cook for about 15 to 16 minutes, until dough is cooked through and cheese melts. Cut into slices and serve. Enjoy!
