Here’s a super easy, super healthy and super tasty little salad.
1 – 12 oz. bag baby spinach leaves
1 – 12 oz. bag salad greens with radicchio
1 small red bell pepper – sliced
4 celery stalks – chopped
Mix all of the vegetables in a bowl. Season with olive oil and salt. Serve as an appetizer or a side salad for your favorite meat or fish.
