What is the difference between cake flour and regular flour? I have always wondered. What is so special about cake flour that you can’t get the same results with regular flour?

    Hi Betty!
Cake flour has less gluten than regular flour. This helps you have a more tender and less dense cake. I hope this helps! Have a wonderful week!
