2 cups raw almonds
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. cinnamon powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. cayenne
½ tsp. salt (more to taste)
¼ tsp. red hot chili sauce
Place raw almonds in a large skillet and toast for 3 minutes – stirring them often to prevent them from burning. Set them aside.
Clean skillet and add oil. Add the spices (minus the hot chili sauce) and cook for about half a minute – until aromatic. Return the almonds to the skillet and mix well. Add the red hot chili sauce and season with more salt if necessary. Mix well to coat all almonds. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, cool down and serve. Enjoy!
