This mango lassi recipe is made with yogurt and ground cardamom. It is super refreshing, very easy and a delight to drink. Every time you take a sip you will experience creamy, slightly tart mango flavor. This is a very popular Indian drink.

In order for this to work you need to use whole fat yogurt. Also, try and purchase mangoes that are fleshy and not ridden with fiber. This will make your drink much more enjoyable.

We will be adding a pinch of cardamom to this smoothie. However, if you do not have any please do not worry about it. Your smoothie will taste wonderful nonetheless.

This is what you are going to need to make this delicious mango lassi recipe:

Serves two
1 cup ice cubes
2 small mangoes – peeled and sliced
1/4 cup milk
1 cup of full fat plain yogurt
1 TBS of sugar (you can omit the sugar or add more if you like)
A pinch of cardamom

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and all the ice is crushed.

Serve and enjoy!
