Honey Garlic Chicken

This honey garlic chicken is very easy to make and it is delicious. Obviously you need to like garlic to enjoy this recipe. If you do not this recipe is not for you.

We are going to make this with chicken breast but you can also use skinless chicken thigh if you prefer. Try and make sure you cut the chicken about the same thickness and size so it cooks evenly. When you are browning it don’t over crowd the pan. Work in batches if necessary.

The sauce is very simple to make. Simply put all the ingredients in a pan and then thicken it with some diluted cornstarch. Work in low heat and stir often. Once it is made all you need to do is pour it onto the browned chicken and you are done.

As for the sesame seeds, you will need to use toasted ones. If you can’t find them go ahead and place them in a dry skillet over medium heat and toast them shaking the pan continuously. They will be ready within minutes so be careful not to burn them.
