This is what you are going to need for these milk and cinnamon pops:
3 cups whole milk
1 cup sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
3 whole cloves
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix all of the ingredients in a pot. Turn your heat on to medium/low and stir the milk until the sugar is dissolved.
Bring the milk to a simmer and simmer for 15 minutes. Your milk will be reduced by about one cup.
Turn off the heat and allow the milk to cool down completely while it steeps with the cinnamon and cloves.
Strain the milk once it is completely cooled down.
Fill your molds and freeze overnight.
Pass the molds under some warm water to unmold the pops. Serve and enjoy.
