Carne asada is a typical Mexican dish that is wonderful served with rice and beans or in burritos and tacos. This recipe requires some time as the meat needs to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour. I had it in the fridge for 4 hours. The final result is amazingly delicious! Enjoy!
