This paella is loaded with chicken, sausage, clams and shrimp. Go ahead and add pork, mussels and lobster claws to it if you would like! This is a great dish for special occasions! Make sure you serve it with lemon wedges on the side! Enjoy!

Salmon burgers are a great alternative to beef ones. These carry loads of flavor and are very easy to make. I use canned salmon because it works great for these and it is a lot less expensive than buying it by the pound!
