Here is another idea for left over turkey meat and stuffing. This was a very popular sandwich at the deli. This is what you are going to need for each sandwich –

2 pieces sandwich bread – toasted optional
Mayonnaise
4 oz. left over turkey meat – cold or warm
2 oz. left over stuffing – cold or warm
2 oz. cranberry sauce

Spread some mayonnaise on each piece of bread. Place the turkey on one of the slices. Top with the stuffing and cranberry sauce. Cover and enjoy!
