Tri Color Pasta Salad

This tri color pasta salad is beautiful. It is full of color and crunch and flavor. I like dressing it with my poppy seed dressing but you can use your favorite salad dressing on this.

This is a great salad to take o picnics or as a side dish for grilled meats. It also holds very nicely in lunch boxes for school and the office.

This tri color pasta salad will last you for 2 to 3 days in a closed container in the fridge. The pasta tends to absorb the dressing so if it dries up on you simply go ahead and add some more dressing.

Here is what you are going to need for this delicious and elegant tri color pasta salad:

This salad goes very nicely with any kind of meat. Make it for your next barbecue. You will love it! Here is what you need to do for this:

12 oz. cooked tri-color pasta
1 cup sliced ripe olives
3 carrots – cut into strips
4 celery stalks – chopped
½ bell pepper – cut into strips
1 cup poppy seed dressing

• Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
• Add poppy seed dressing.
• Toss until everything is coated well.
• Serve and enjoy!
