Air Fryer Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Air fryer roasted Brussels sprouts with balsamic honey vinaigrette.

These air fryer roasted Brussels sprouts are very easy to make and come out perfect. We are going to be using frozen Brussels sprouts. The final result is a crispy exterior with a deliciously soft interior.

When you sue frozen sprouts you do not have to worry about halving them or seasoning them. In fact, if you season them before cooking all of the seasoning will fall off. So, what we are going to do is cook them for a about 9 minutes and then season them. When you cook frozen Brussels sprouts you will need to do so for 15 minutes. If you were cooking fresh ones they would be ready in 8 to 10.

This is a very convenient and inexpensive recipe. Serve the Brussels sprouts as a side. It is so good you could make it for celebration meals as well.

Here is what you are going to need for these air fryer roasted Brussels sprouts recipe:

1 pound frozen Brussels sprouts *
Spray oil

Preheat the air fryer at 400F (200 C) for five minutes.

Remove the basket and add the frozen sprouts.

Reduce the heat to 390F (198 C) and cook for 9 minutes.

Remove the basket and spray the Brussels sprouts with some spray oil. Season with salt and give it a good shake. Return the basket and finish cooking.

Remove the cooked Brussels sprouts into a bowl and drizzle with Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette. Serve.

*If using fresh Brussels sprouts, wash and trim them. Spray with oil and season with salt. You can add black pepper and paprika as well if you like. Cook at 390F (198 C) for 8 to 10 minutes.

Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup olive oil

Place the vinegar, honey an salt in a bowl and whisk. Add the olive oil slowly, while whisking vigorously, until emulsified. Store in a closed container in the refrigerator.
