This air fryer salmon with garlic butter sauce is extremely easy to make and it is incredibly satisfying. You will not believe how fast you dinner will be ready.
We are going to keep things very simple in this air fryer salmon recipe. All we will do is season the fish with salt and lemon juice and cook it for 8 minutes. While the fish is cooking we will make a butter sauce with garlic, lemon and parsley. Once the salmon is cooked, we will plate it and pour our warm butter sauce on top. Simply delicious.
To top things off, this is a low carb recipe and perfect for ketogenic diets. I love eating fish when I am on my low carb days. It fills me up and really curves my appetite. Salmon is also very healthy for you as it is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, high in Vitamin B and a great source of protein.
Air Fryer Salmon with Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce
3 salmon fillets
3 to 4 tablespoons butter
1 large garlic clove — minced
1 lemon – juiced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt & Pepper
Preheat the air fryer.
Season the salmon fillets with salt on both sides. If you want you can add black pepper. Add the juice of the half lemon onto the three fillets.
Place the fish in the air fryer basket and reduce heat to 350F (176 C). Cook for 8 minutes.
While the fish is cooking, melt the butter in a small pan. Add the garlic, lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and butter. Keep the sauce warm.
Remove the salmon fillets from the air fryer and place them on a plate. Pour the butter sauce on top of each fillet and serve immediately.
