Keto Pork Meatballs

Keto Pork Meatballs

These keto pork meatballs are made with ground pork, ginger, garlic, scallions, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. They are delicious and easy to make and will be ready in 15 minutes in the air fryer. Don’t worry if you do not have an air fryer. You can absolutely make these in a skillet.

We are going to serve them with a Thai peanut sauce which we will dilute with hot black tea and add garlic, ginger, chili pepper, soy sauce and fish sauce. The traditional sauce is made with brown sugar but we will not add any to this to keep it keto. It tastes wonderful anyway!

You can make these with ground beef if you prefer. That will work as well. Enjoy these as an appetizer or a meal with a side salad. Delish! Freeze any left overs for up to two months.

I used my Kyvol air fryer to make these keto pork meatballs. I am in love with that machine. It has a large basket (I didn’t have to work in batches) and cooks food to perfection. You can purchase it here if you would like. Amazon will give me a small commission if you do. Thanks!
