Keto Homemade Taco Seasoning

This keto homemade taco seasoning is very quick and easy to make. We will be mixing spices that will go great with ground beef or chicken and give you perfect tacos all the time.

Making seasonings at home allows you to control the amounts of salt in the recipe which is good. Also, you will notice that this recipe does not contain any sugar, therefore making it safe to eat while on a keto diet.

Once you have this seasoning ready, all you have to do is mix it with water and the meat of your choice. It is great in Crunchy Tacos

Keto homemade taco seasoning –
1 TBS chili powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. oregano
1 ½ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. of ground chili peppers – chipotle or cayenne or crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. coarse salt
½ tsp. black pepper

Mix all ingredients well. If you want to make more you can. Store it in a sealed bag in a cool, dark place and it will last you for months.

  • Would you specify the quantities of ground beef, seasoning & water used for the final prep?

    I am so sorry for the delay in replying back! I usually use 1 TBS of seasoning per pound of beef. To that I will add approximately 1/4 cup water. If it dries up too much I add a little more. I have a recipe and video called ground beef tacos where you can see how I make them. Thank you for stopping by!
