This mimosa recipe is made with frozen orange juice and pomegranate cubes, sparkling wine, peaches, vodka and peach schnapps. It is easy and delicious and great for any celebration. It is great for brunches.

I like making orange juice cubes for my mimosas and letting them melt into the sparkling wine. In this video I made them with pomegranate seeds but if they are not in season you can make only juice or se other fruits like peaches or raspberries.

Here is what you will need to make this delicious mimosa recipe:

For one glass:
2 orange pomegranate ice cubes
1/2 canned peach — cubed
1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. peach schnapps
Sparkling wine

Place the peaches in a glass and add the vodka and schnapps. Stir. Add the orange cubes and top off with sparkling wine.

Enjoy responsibly!

FOR THE CUBES:
Place pomegranate seeds (or peaches, or berries) at the bottom of an ice tray and fill up with orange juice. Freeze overnight.
