How to Make Berries and Cream
This berries and cream recipe is truly very easy. Berries are in season and are so sweet and delicious these days that this is a great dessert to prepare. It is something you can whip up — no pun intended — in no time.
We will be using balsamic vinegar on our berries before we plate them. Balsamic vinegar really brings out the flavor in the berries and doesn’t make them taste like vinegar. It is a little technique that will make your dessert shine.
This dessert is very elegant. It looks very pretty with its deep colors and the whipped cream on top.
As for the whipped cream, you can either buy it in a canister and simply place it on the berries or you can go ahead and whip your own. Just make sure that the cream is very cold so that it whips perfectly. Add sugar to it and taste it to see that it is sweet enough to contrast the slight tartness of some of your berries.
