This dry rub for ribs will always elevate pork and beef ribs. I love making it and storing it in a closed container with my spices. It comes in very handy even when I cook chicken.
This is a nice combination of spices that goes especially well with baby back ribs. It is a great, inexpensive gift to give! Here is what you need for this:
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup paprika
¼ cup celery salt
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoon coarse salt
2 teaspoons dried mustard
1 teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon allspice
• Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Keep in an airtight container in a dark, cool place.
