Healthy Avocado Recipes – Avocado, Celery & Tomato Salad

This salad goes really well with chicken, beef and fish. It is easy and very tasty. You will need:

4 celery stalks, stringed and julienned
2 avocados, peeled, seeded and diced
3 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cut into thin strips
1 lemon, juiced

Mix the celery, avocado and tomatoes in a large bowl. Mix it carefully so as not to mash the avocado. Season with the lemon juice, salt and oregano. Serve.
