Baked Chili Chicken Thighs

Chicken thighs are pretty inexpensive and are frequently on sale. They are not as healthy as chicken breast meat but they are tastier. If you remove the skin you will definitely save yourself a great amount of calories and fat.

Here is an amazingly easy meal that can be made in a snap! All you need is chicken thighs, salt, pepper and chili powder. Rinse and pat dry the chicken, season generously with salt and pepper and rub well with chili powder. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the chicken on a roasting pan rack and place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve chicken with rice and roasted beets. Enjoy!
