Healthy Black Bean Corn Salsa

Black Bean Salsa

Here’s a short video on how to make a very fresh black bean salsa. It is delicious with chips and is also great for burritos. This salsa can be made in a snap! Feel free to add corn to this recipe if you would like to. Here is what you are going to need for this:

1-14 oz. can black beans, drained
½ medium white onion, finely chopped
1 large Roma tomato
1 large jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 large garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
½ cup chopped cilantro
½ a lime, juiced

Place all of the ingredients, except for lime juice and salt, in a bowl. Mix well. Add the juice and salt and
toss to coat well. Serve with chips or use in burritos.
