Mango Recipe – Mango & Avocado Salsa

Here’s another fresh, healthy and delicious fruit salsa recipe. It is super easy to make and pairs beautifully with fish, chicken or pork. Here is what you will need for this:

2 mangoes, diced
1 avocado, diced
2 TBS finely chopped red onion
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1 TBS chopped mint
2 TBS chopped cilantro
Juice of a medium orange
Juice of a medium lime

Mix the fruits and herbs in a bowl. Toss carefully so as not to mash the avocado. Season with salt. Add the juices and toss again. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
