How to Make Baby Spinach Salad

Baby Spinach

Baby spinach, known for its tender texture and mild flavor, is packed with nutritional benefits. It’s a rich source of vitamins A, C, and K, along with folate, iron, and magnesium. These nutrients support immune function, bone health, and overall well-being. Baby spinach is also low in calories but high in fiber, making it excellent for digestive health and weight management. Incorporating baby spinach into salads, smoothies, or cooked dishes provides a nutritious boost to your diet.

Today, let’s make a super simple salad with this delicious vegetable:

1 – 12 oz. bag baby spinach leaves
1 – 12 oz. bag salad greens with radicchio
1 small red bell pepper – sliced
4 celery stalks – chopped
Olive oil
Salt

Mix all of the vegetables in a bowl. Season with olive oil and salt. Serve as an appetizer or a side salad for your favorite meat or fish.
