How to Make Cake Flour Substitute

Let me show you how to make cake flour substitute. This is extremely easy to do.
Sometimes one does not have cake flour available but here is an easy solution. Measure 1 cup of flour. Remove 2 TBS flour. Replace with 2 TBS cornstarch. Mix well and voila you have cake flour! Here’s a short video on how to make this!
