How to Maintain Fresh Herbs

Keeping herbs fresh can be a challenge. I have discovered that placing them in a glass with water and treating them as flowers keeps them fresher the longest. I add water to the glass as needed. My herbs have been lasting beautifully this way. Here is a little video on how I have been keeping these. I hope it helps!
