Parmesan Peppercorn Salad Dressing

Parmesan peppercorn salad dressing is an absolute winner. It is creamy and very flavorful and great for pasta salads. It also goes wonderfully with watercress and broccoli.

This salad dressing is great! It goes well with any salad and will keep in your fridge for up to 2 weeks. This is what you will need for this:

¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
½ tsp. dry basil – crushed
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 TBS grated Parmesan cheese
½ TBS freshly ground black peppercorns
Milk – optional

Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. If you want to thin it out do it with some milk a TBS at a time.
Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Use on your favorite salad. Enjoy!
