White Wine Sangria

This white wine sangria recipe is made with strawberries, blueberries and peaches. It is great for Fourth of July with its red, white and blue.

I am using peach schnapps in this recipe instead of sugar. If you don’t want to use it go ahead and mix in a 1/4 cup of sugar with the brandy. Mix it until it dissolves and then proceed with the rest of the recipe.

You can top this sangria off with soda water, Sprite or Ginger Ale. It all depends on how sweet you like your drink.

Here is what you are going to need for this refreshing and flavorful white wine sangria:

Serves four
1/8th cup peach Schnapps or liquor
¼ cup brandy
1 cup sliced strawberries
¾ cup blueberries
2 white peaches – sliced
1(700 ml/ 24 oz.) bottle dry white wine
2 cups of soda water or Sprite or Ginger Ale

Mix the peach liquor and brandy in a pitcher. Add the fruit and the wine. Mix carefully without mashing the fruit. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least three hours.

Scoop fruit into glasses and fill half way with the wine. Top off with your liquid of choice and enjoy!
