This is what you are going to need for this perfect spinach salad dressing:
Makes about 2 cups of dressing
¾ cup oil
¾ cup white vinegar
½ cup sugar
1 lemon – juiced
Salt and pepper
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Keep in a closed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Shake before using.
Use this salad dressing on any kind of spinach salad.
