Avocado, Tomato, and Red Onion Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 large avocado (or 2 small avocados)
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Slice the avocado(s) into cubes or thin slices.
