How to Make Hash Browns

Crispy Hash Browns

I want to show you how to make hash browns that are crisp on the outside and soft inside, These are not hard to make but take a little time. Make sure the oil you are frying in is very hot so that the potato does not boil. Otherwise you will end up with oily, soggy hash browns,

Crispy hash browns are an excellent addition to any breakfast or brunch. They are very easy to make but take some time to cook. Here is what you are going to need for 2 people:

2 Russet potatoes – peeled
Oil & Salt

Grate the potatoes into a bowl. Squeeze the excess liquid and dry with a paper towel. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil until really hot. Add the potatoes in an even layer that is not too thin or thick.

Potatoes are ready when they are browned in the outside and white but cooked in the inside.
