Black Bean Recipe

This black bean recipe is easy, super flavorful and vegetarian to boot. We will be using canned black beans to make this easier.

Black beans burgers are a great alternative to beef. They are full of protein and very low in fat. They also taste great. Although I used canned beans in this recipe you can definitely soak and cook your own if you prefer.

You can go ahead and make a sandwich with these black bean burgers or serve them as I did with a cabbage, tomato, cilantro and lime salad. That will save you some calories. If you decide to make a sandwich go ahead and make it with your preferred condiments, lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickle. Perfect.

Here is what you need for this delicious black bean burger recipe:

2 – 15 oz. cans black beans –drained and rinsed
