How to Make Taco Salad Dressing

This taco salad dressing is a creamy cilantro dressing. It is spectacular and complements a taco salad beautifully. Well, really, it complements any kind of Tex-Mex salad that you want to make.

If you can not find sour cream where you are at, this substitute will work just fine.

When you are making this taco salad dressing, make sure that the cilantro is very fresh. Use the stems as well. They are loaded in flavor. Of course, if you are one of those people who hate cilantro this is not the recipe for you!

Here is what you need to do for this wonderfully creamy taco salad dressing:

Makes about 2 cups

¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
½ TBS lime juice
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ TBS cider vinegar

Place all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until creamy. This will keep in the fridge for 4 days.

Serve in your favorite salad and enjoy!
