BBQ Chicken Pizza

This bbq chicken pizza is super easy to make and it delivers a ton of flavor. You can use left over chicken and store bought bbq sauce for this if you want to make it even easier. In fact, I used left over rotisserie for this.

I always use my homemade apple juice bbq sauce at home. This sauce is not hard to make and will keep in your fridge for weeks in a closed container. I love it.

I also used flat bread for this instead of pizza dough but you decide which one you want to use. You can easily purchase pizza dough at the store or make your own. I like the crispiness of the flat bread for this. Whatever you decide you will end up with an all time favorite on your table quite quickly.

This is what you are going to need for this scrumptious bbq chicken pizza:

Serves four
1 flat bread or pizza dough
BBQ sauce of choice
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Sliced BBQ chicken
Sliced red onion
Chopped Cilantro

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brush BBQ sauce on the bread. Cover with cheese. Add the chicken and red onion. Drizzle with a little more BBQ sauce. Add some more cheese. Place pizza in the oven and bake for about 8 minutes until cheese has melted. Remove. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
