Pork Stew with Sausage

This pork stew is spicy . . really spicy! If you are not into the teary-eyed experience of hot foods you will have to adjust the amount of chipotles.

Chipotles are smoked jalapeño peppers that are sold in dry form or in a tomato sauce called and adobo. They are smoked with the seeds and veins so they can bring a high level of heat to your food. I love them.

You are also use sweet Italian sausage in this pork stew. It does not need to be spicy. Whatever you decide, I promise you will love this. It is out of this world delish!

This is what you are going to need for this delicious and satisfying pork stew:

2 cups chicken stock
½ TBS crushed oregano
1 – 28 oz. can chickpeas – drained
