How to Make Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet Potato Fries with Basil Aioli

Sweet potato fries are a popular and healthier alternative to regular fries, known for their sweet flavor and crispy texture when roasted in the oven. They’re typically sliced into thin strips, tossed with olive oil and seasoning, then baked until golden and crispy. When served alongside a basil aioli, they create a delightful contrast of sweet and savory flavors. The aioli, infused with fresh basil, adds a creamy and herbaceous kick that complements the sweetness of the fries perfectly. It’s a delicious and satisfying dish that combines comfort with a gourmet touch, perfect for sharing with friends or enjoying as a tasty snack.
