How to Make Avocado Salad with Tomato & Celery
This avocado salad is made with tomato and celery. It is very colorful and super healthy and a great side. It will dress up any table.
Try and get all your veggies cut in diagonal strips so it looks even prettier. The dressing is very simple — lime zest, lime juice, olive oil and salt. Although I indicate a specific amount of ingredients in the recipe I urge you to taste this and season it to taste.
Here is what you need to do for this wonderfully delicious avocado salad:
Serves six
8 celery stalks – cut in diagonal (remove the fiber)
4 medium tomatoes – peeled, seeded and cut into long strips
1 large avocado – peeled and cut into large strips
1 lime – juiced
¼ tsp. lime zest
1/8th cup olive oil
2 tsp. salt
Place all the vegetables in a bowl. Add the lime juice and zest. Add the olive oil and salt.
Mix the salad very carefully – you do not want to mash the avocado. Serve on a platter and enjoy!
You can use this salad as a side for anything you want.
